It was almost 25 years ago that we purchased a birthday party for our young daughter at a charity event that would be held at the newly opened Headquarters of the Beverly Hills Fire Department.

I met the then President of the BH Firemen's Association Ed Snyder who handled all the details. That was the beginning of an up close and personal friendship between the BHFA and the Briskman Family. That young daughter just turned 28 and our family has supported the Association ever since in every way.

There is no finer department and I can say that because in my role as an elected official I traveled all around the country for the City and heard everywhere I went about how special the reputation of our city's Public Safety family is.

The Beverly Hills Fire Department is one of the BEST reasons to live in Beverly Hills!
