Serves 20
4 onions chopped
3 XLNT chili con carne (deli section)
7 – 30 oz chili beans
4 lbs ground beef
4 cans spicy hot tomato juice
3 – 28 oz stewed tomatoes
2 T Brown sugar
In a large pot, cook on LOW con carne and spicy hot tomato juice until smooth (don’t burn) then add beans, stewed tomatoes, sugar.
Cook meat and drain fat, Sauté onions in olive oil till done then add to large pot. Bring to a boil then serve.
Serve with Corn Bread
