¼ c sugar Chinese Mustard Sauce:
1 t dry mustard ¼ c dry mustard
Dash cinnamon ¼ c sugars
1 T paprika 2 T Hot water
1 T cocoa Mix them well, pass it around
¼ c chili powder
1 T ground cumin
2 t pepper
1 ½ T course salt
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
4 Salmon filets
3 T olive oil
Coat filets in oil then dip into mixture coat both sides and edges, Grill Salmon until it begins to flake 5 minutes per side.
Serve with Jasmine rice,
