Fish Stew

4 people

2 c carrots sliced
2 c celery sliced
1 – 28oz stewed tomatoes
2 c broth
(Place in pan and bring to a boil)

2 onions chopped
Fish cut into chunks for 4 people
½ c butter
(Cook in pan till brn then add to above mixture, simmer for 2 hrs then serve.

Serve with hot sourdough bread and honey butter
