Mexican Caesar Salad

8 romaine
2 red leaf
2 cilantro
3 cans corn
3 cans black beans
3 cans three bean salad
1 small shelled sunflower seeds
2 bags Mexican cheese shredded
3 lg bottles El Torito Cilantro Pepita Dressing
12 – 15 chicken breasts

BBQ chicken and dice into chunks
Chop salad
Drain all can veggies
Salt and pepper
Mix everything together and add dressing to taste

Serve with quesadillas or chips and salsa
