Mongolian Sauce

3/4c soy sauce
31/2T rice wine or sake
31/2 T Worchester sauce
3 T minced green onions
2T minced ginger
2T minced garlic
2T Sugar
1t hot chile paste (optional)

mix together

or
4 jar hosin
1/2c soy sauce
2T ginger
2 bunches grn onions

mix together/place beef or pork in sauce, bake in oven till warm.

Serve on French rolls.
