Phillips Back Fin Crab Cakes

(Double for 4 people)

1 lb crabmeat
1 egg
2 t Worchester sauce
1 T Dijon
2 T mayo
1 t lemon juice
1 t parsley
1 t garlic & lawerys
½ c bread crumbs
Mix everything except crab meat
Fold in crab meat

Make cakes and bake

Bake 375F for 12 min.
