Backdraft Ball

The Beverly Hills Firemen's Assocation holds an annual fundraising event during the month of June called the Backdraft Ball. This event is the main source of fundraising for the Post-Retirement Medical Benefit Trust Fund. Supporters of the Beverly Hills Firemen’s Association and Beverly Hills Fire Department are invited to attend the gala, bid on silent and live auctions and enjoy live entertainment. Past entertainment has been from comedian television personalities such as Jay Leno to many headlining acts from Las Vegas. The BHFA has been hosting the Backdraft Ball since 1993 and its success is largely dependent on the event planning efforts of Mrs. Judie Fenton and her dedicated staff at FTA.
